Shipping of the goods is possible to the EU, UK, Switzerland, USA and South Korea as standard. The shipping is done by DHL. The respective shipping costs can be found in the table below.
If you wish to ship to another country, please write us an email (info@ete-tapete.de) before ordering and tell us the article with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you shortly if we can ship to the desired country and - if a delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - we will inform you about the shipping costs, because we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping possibility and the costs.
Within Germany we deliver free of shipping costs from a minimum order value of 40.00 EUR. Everything below this value the shipping costs within Germany amount to 5,99 EUR per order (sample shipping costs 1,60 EUR).

Motivtapeten dauern ca. 14 Werktage bis sie geliefert sind. Je nach Dauer der Auftragsfreigabe durch den Kunden für die Skalierung der Tapete, kann sich die Lieferzeit verändern. Bei Rapporttapeten beläuft sich die Lieferzeit auf ca. 10-14 Werktagen. Alle Tapeten werden auf Bestellung produziert.

The possibility of express shipping for an additional charge is of course also available and should be requested by e-mail or contact form.
If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment of goods as a whole.
The period for delivery shall commence in the case of payment in advance by bank transfer on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after conclusion of the contract and shall end with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a state-recognized general holiday at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day. In the case of customized wallpaper, the delivery period shall commence from the date of the customer's order approval for the scaling of the wallpaper.

Payment via PayPal requires a PayPal account. When you place your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. If you are not yet a PayPal customer, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. After payment via PayPal you will be redirected back to our store page.
The invoice amount will be charged to your Paypal account immediately and your order will be processed immediately.
Instant bank transfer is the direct transfer method of Sofort GmbH - A Klarna Group Company. You pay securely and conveniently with your usual online banking data (PIN/TAN) without registration - from now on in the new Klarna design. After completing the transfer, we receive a real-time confirmation, so that your order can be processed immediately.
The direct debit payment in our store is a service of Klarna (Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden). You will be redirected to the Klarna site when you place your order and can make your entries. The debit will be made after the goods have been shipped. The time will be communicated to you by e-mail.

After submitting your bank details and issuing a SEPA direct debit mandate, we will collect the invoice amount from your bank account by direct debit. Please make sure that you submit your bank details correctly during the order process and that your account has the necessary funds.
Payment by credit card is only possible for online orders (orders via e-mail or phone are excluded). The invoice amount will be charged on the day of the order, so that your order will be processed immediately.
